Submit a Ticket

Required for any kart parts, eg: gearboxes.
The kart's serial number is written on the frame, below the rear bodywork, on the right side.
For the sensors, use the device ID as serial number, device ID can be found below the QR code.
In case of a defect, at least 1 photo of the product is required where it is possible to observe the defect.
